New Delhi , GTNS | September 09, 2026 : India’s naval modernisation programme is moving towards new propulsion technologies, with Rolls-Royce joining efforts aimed at supporting the development of advanced electric-powered capabilities for future Indian warships.
The emerging collaboration reflects a broader shift in naval engineering, where electric power is increasingly being considered for both propulsion and the operation of sophisticated onboard systems.
