CUTTACK, SEPTEMBER 5: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi arrived in Cuttack on Saturday to join the BJP State Executive Committee meeting, as the party began a two-day strategic deliberation on its organisational priorities and political roadmap.
The high-level meeting is bringing together senior party leaders, ministers and organisational functionaries, with discussions expected to centre on strengthening the BJP’s grassroots network and sharpening its political strategy across Odisha.
Majhi’s participation adds significance to the deliberations, particularly as the party seeks closer coordination between the government and its organisational machinery.
The executive meeting is also expected to take stock of the government’s performance, welfare initiatives and development agenda, while identifying areas requiring greater public outreach.
Beyond government performance, the BJP leadership is likely to deliberate on organisational expansion, booth-level preparedness and the party’s strategy for upcoming political challenges.
With Cuttack hosting the two-day exercise, the meeting is emerging as an important platform for the Odisha BJP to assess its ground position and shape its next political course.
The outcome of the deliberations could provide indications of the party’s priorities for the coming months and the direction of its organisational campaign across the state.
