Seva Sankalp Abhiyan marks 76th PM Modi’s birthday with nationwide service-oriented activities
GTNS , SEPTEMBER 17, 2026 , NEW DELHI — A blood donation camp was organised at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) headquarters in New Delhi on the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan being observed on the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday.
BJP national president Nitin Nabin inaugurated the camp and also participated in the initiative by donating blood himself.
The programme formed part of a series of service-oriented activities being organised across the country in connection with the Prime Minister’s birthday. Blood donation has been placed among the key public-service activities under the campaign, with party workers and volunteers encouraged to participate.
The event at the BJP headquarters brought party workers and volunteers together around voluntary blood donation, an activity aimed at supporting blood banks and patients requiring transfusions.
Nabin’s participation included both the formal inauguration of the camp and his own blood donation, giving the programme an additional focus on personal participation by party leadership.
The Seva Sankalp Abhiyan is being conducted alongside various social-service programmes in different parts of the country, with activities involving blood donation, cleanliness, public outreach and other community initiatives.
The campaign coincides with Modi’s 76th birthday and programmes marking his 25 years in public life.
The New Delhi blood donation camp added another chapter to the day’s nationwide service activities, with BJP workers and supporters participating in programmes organised around the birthday observances.
